BIM Designer - MEP, DC Design Engineering

The BIM Designer is responsible for creating and updating detailed Revit models and construction documents for MEP, Telecom, and Security systems in AWS data centers. This includes developing server room design packages and collaborating across disciplines to ensure high standards of efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and update server room design packages for AWS Data Centers
- Design packages depicting planned rack locations, cooling and power sources, cages, mantraps, and other equipment
- Work independently and within a team environment to accomplish assigned tasks
- Support in preparing and developing detailed Revit models of MEP, Telecom, and Security building systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of critical data center mechanical and electrical equipment
- Experience with design, construction, operation, or maintenance of mission-critical facilities
- 3+ years of design/engineering experience producing construction drawings
