Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery for diverse client projects, including AI tools and data dashboards. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to translate user insights into high-fidelity interactive prototypes and design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of design work across diverse client projects, from discovery to delivery
- Lead and facilitate design workshops, stakeholder interviews, and other design and user research activities
- Translate insights into journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design intent is reflected in implementation
- Present and communicate design rationale clearly to both clients and internal teams
- Contribute to internal design reviews, support other designers, and help evolve our design standards
- Stay up to date on tools, trends, and methods that elevate the craft of product design
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design
- Highly efficient and autonomous
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage time and priorities with minimal oversight
- Experience in stakeholder management, confident in meetings and capable of aligning teams around clear direction
- Strategic thinking, considering both user needs and business objectives
- Collaborative by nature, regularly engaging with peers to push the quality of the work
- Deeply curious, with a strong interest in understanding human behavior, motivation, and decision-making
- Fluent in Figma
- High skill working within design systems and responsive design across devices and platforms
- Proven experience in conducting user research and usability testing
- Experience in an Agile methodology team
- Comfortable working in French and communicating internally and with clients
