Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end design work across multiple projects
- Translate business requirements and user needs into clear, intuitive, and user-focused design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to a consistently high standard
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive work forward effectively
- Use research, data, and insight to inform design decisions and continuously improve outputs
Requirements
- Experience designing digital products across web, iOS, and Android
- Strong UX and interaction design skills
- Ability to take ownership of work from concept through to delivery
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with design systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to clearly articulate design rationale
