Design human-centered solutions that bridge advanced manufacturing and construction execution from the factory to the building site. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate complex workflows into tested design solutions and contribute to the company's Design Language System.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the design of your product
- Advocate user-centered design approaches by running usability and concept testing with real users in live operations
- Translate complex flows into clear, tested design solutions
- Collaborate effectively with design, product management, research and insights, and engineering teams
- Contribute to our GROPYUS Design Language System, ensuring consistency as we develop new components and interaction models
- Share your work openly, give and receive feedback to foster a collaborative, growth-oriented design culture
Requirements
- Degree in Product, Interaction, Visual Design, or related Design disciplines, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 4 years of proven product design experience, ideally within a startup or entrepreneurial setting
- Demonstrated expertise in responsive digital design, visual design principles, and prototyping techniques
- Demonstrated proficiency working within and contributing to a structured Design System
- Comfort using AI-assisted tools to support research synthesis, rapid ideation, and workflow efficiency
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, German language proficiency at B2 level or above
