The UX Designer is responsible for ensuring the utility and simplicity of services across the entire design cycle. They transform complex business needs into fluid user journeys through discovery, conception, prototyping, and testing.
Responsibilities
- Conducting ergonomic audits, benchmarks, and user interviews
- Creating information architecture, user flows, and tree structure
- Designing wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Preparing, conducting, and analyzing user tests
- Collaborating with teams to provide personalized and quality services to clients
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design
- Experience in conducting ergonomic audits, benchmarks, and user interviews
- Skill in creating information architecture, user flows, and tree structure
- Ability to create wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Experience with user testing and analysis
- Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and testing tools such as Maze and Lookback
