The UX Designer will create intuitive digital experiences by conducting user research and developing personas, journey maps, and wireframes. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into accessible, high-impact design solutions using Figma.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and service blueprints to guide product strategy
- Design and prototype user flows using Figma to ensure usability and accessibility
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs that align with business goals
- Collaborate with product teams, BAs, and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy
- Lead design reviews and provide technical guidance on Figma best practices and design systems
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the design team, effectively communicating design rationale and progress
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing user research, wireframing, and prototyping
- Proficiency in Figma with demonstrated technical expertise in design system creation and collaboration
- Strong understanding of information architecture, usability principles, and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align diverse teams
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, user-friendly design solutions
