Senior Graphic Designer(They/She/He)

Lead the end-to-end design process to create high-quality visual assets for Social Media, PR, and Global Affairs. Act as the brand guardian to ensure visual consistency across all platforms while managing internal stakeholder expectations and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, taking conceptual briefs for Social Media, PR and Global Affairs and turning them into polished, ready-to-post assets
• Act as the final filter for visual identity, ensuring every piece of content is consistent
• Serve as the primary design point of contact for internal teams, negotiating deadlines and managing expectations
• Manage multiple simultaneous workstreams and delegate tasks effectively to ensure no deadline is ever missed
• Partner closely with stakeholders to execute rapid-fire requests, managing the full lifecycle of feedback and iterations

Requirements

• Technical Mastery: expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom and Canva
• Academic & Portfolio Foundation: diploma in Graphic Design and a compelling portfolio
• High-Velocity Execution: move fast, execute faster mindset and thrive under pressure
