Product Designer

The Product Designer will own the end-to-end design lifecycle for a semiconductor manufacturing platform, from UX research and wireframing to pixel-perfect UI. They will collaborate cross-functionally to define success metrics and iterate on features based on user data and technical constraints.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX research and run customer discovery and usability sessions
- Translate findings into clear problem statements and design decisions
- Own end-to-end product design, including interaction design, information architecture, and visual polish
- Prioritize ruthlessly and work with product and engineering to scope what ships now vs. later
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Developers, Data Scientists, QA, Project Managers, and platform-users
- Quantify the value created and define success metrics for every project
Requirements
- 4+ years designing web/SaaS products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research, interaction design, and visual craft
- Proficiency in Figma
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Track record of working closely with developers, QA, and end-users
- High sense of accountability and ownership
