- Lead research strategy and execution across 3-4 product teams
- Frame and scope ambiguous research problems
- Facilitate workshops to translate validated findings into prioritized product requirements
- Act as a strategic partner to Product and Design stakeholders
- Contribute to product roadmaps
- Build and maintain resources for stakeholders to run quality research
Requirements
- 4-7 years of applied UX research experience
- Portfolio demonstrating research-informed decision-making
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in research workflow
- Excellent communication skills
