Product Designer (Part-time)

The role involves conducting user research and creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs to enhance usability. The designer will also develop interactive prototypes and maintain the design system to ensure consistency across the payment platform.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities focusing on merchant needs
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that enhance usability
• Develop interactive prototypes to validate design concepts
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure design integrity during implementation
• Maintain and improve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability
• Manage time effectively to deliver quality work within part-time hours

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design
• Proficient in Figma and exposure to AI tools, with experience in prototyping and design systems
• Strong user-centered design approach with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a part-time capacity
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Experience in fintech, payments, or hospitality sectors is desirable
