The UX Designer will lead end-to-end digital solutions for web platforms, conducting research and creating high-fidelity prototypes. They will collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to ensure consistency via Design Systems and promote UX best practices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery, create digital solutions, and promote good UX practices
- Map user journeys, create task flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Plan and moderate usability tests, prepare scripts, and organize sessions with users
- Work with product, development, and QA teams in an agile environment
- Utilize the Design System to ensure consistency and scalability of web components
- Support the evangelization of good UX practices, accessibility, and research within the organization
Requirements
- Formation superior complete in Design or related areas
- Experience in UX Design, with focus on web platforms
- Experience with design and prototyping tools, especially Figma
- Experience with IA-focused automation process tools
- Experience with Design Systems and component libraries
- Experience with testing and research methods
- Strong communication and alignment skills
