UI/UX Designer

Develop intuitive workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs for the 360 Aware platform and defense R&D programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user research and business needs into functional prototypes and production-ready assets.
Responsibilities
- Apply user-centered design principles to develop intuitive workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Leverage AI-powered design tools and workflows to accelerate prototyping and improve efficiency
- Create dynamic, functional prototypes using tools such as Figma, Axure, or Adobe Aero
- Use and contribute to Knowmadics' design system and component library
- Participate in user research activities, including heuristic evaluations, field observations, and structured interviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Proficiency in Figma and at least one additional design or prototyping tool
- Strong foundational skills in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design
- Experience working in a production SaaS environment with regular release cycles and cross-functional stakeholders
