Sr. Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will own end-to-end design, from mapping user flows and wireframes to refining high-fidelity visuals for core products. They will collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data scientists to simplify complex data-heavy experiences and evolve the design system.
Responsibilities
- Partner with PMs and engineers to define user problems and design solutions
- Create user flows, low- and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and final UI for features
- Lead UX explorations for complex problems
- Leverage research, analytics, and experimentation to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with other designers to evolve the design system
- Apply AI to improve clarity, personalization, and automation in the experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing consumer-facing mobile or web products
- Strong UX thinking
- Data-informed decision making
- Clean and intuitive interface design
- Figma skills
- Rapid prototyping tools
- Design systems understanding
