Sr. UX Designer, Alexa Enterprise and Emerging Design

Lead the end-to-end design process for complex Alexa features, blending visual and voice interfaces to create intuitive personal experiences. Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and business development to develop concepts and maintain design systems in Figma.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the end-to-end design process for complex features and product
- Develop early-stage concepts to help stakeholders and leaders understand the customer experience
- Collaborate with engineers throughout the design process
- Partner with designers across Alexa to adopt and extend existing design systems
- Contribute to Figma libraries and share knowledge with peers
- Incorporate insights from relevant Alexa research and conduct user research
Requirements
- 7+ years of design experience
- Available online portfolio
- Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs
- Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
