Lead/Senior Product Designer
Pebl Remote (đ¨đŚ Toronto, Ontario, Canada)
The role involves owning and evolving Pebl's design system, transitioning it toward an AI-led toolkit while ensuring scalability and consistency. The designer will also contribute to end-to-end product design work to solve complex user problems.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Pebl's design system, including components, patterns, documentation, and governance
- Work with the team to shift the process and code-based system into a seamless AI lead toolkit
- Contribute directly to product design workâapplying and extending the system to solve end-to-end user problems
- Identify gaps in the system through product work and translate them into reusable patterns and improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related fieldâor equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in product design, with meaningful experience contributing to or owning design systems
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both design systems work and end-to-end product design
