Graphic Designer Senior Associate

Lead the internal creative strategy and production of assets for Capital One Commercial Bank's marketing and communications. This includes developing visual identities, managing external design agencies, and creating branding for internal events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-quality communication designs
- Own the internal brand – developing and maintaining a cohesive visual language for all internal communications
- Lead event branding and environmental designs for internal events
- Apply strategic rationale to design aesthetic
- Ensure all materials meet brand guidelines, quality standards and maintain Capital One’s brand voice
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience
- At least 3 years experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat)
- Proficiency in software programs: LumApps CMS, Adobe After Effects/Animate, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, LucidChart
- Proficiency in Google Suite
