Responsibilities
- Utilize logs and tracking software for presentation work
- Assess job requests and ensure completion of job tasks
- Create and edit presentations, including pitch books and materials
- Use established procedures and standards to edit and complete presentation requests
- Demonstrate proficiency in using equipment and software
- Communicate with team members and clients
- Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery
- Troubleshoot basic software and hardware problems
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of presentations experience
- Skilled in MS Office software
- Familiar with Adobe PDF and Creative Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete projects in a timely manner
