Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end design for State Street's financial products, ensuring cohesive UX
- Conduct user research, translate insights, and create user-centric solutions tailored to financial professionals
- Deliver high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and wireframes for complex financial interfaces
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and financial experts to define requirements and build new digital experiences
- Contribute to State Street's design system, ensuring consistency within financial platforms
- Analyze data and iterate on designs for improvement, with a focus on accuracy and security
Requirements
- 2+ years of designer experience with demonstratable UX/UI skills
- Degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Experience working with modern design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction
- Ability to take creative direction while also bringing proactive ideas and concepts to the table
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
