Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create high-quality visual assets for social media, paid ads, websites, and sales collateral to elevate the EnrollHere brand. They will collaborate with the Head of Creative and cross-functional teams to maintain brand standards and support customer acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality creative assets across social media, paid advertising campaigns, website and landing pages, sales collateral, event and conference materials, executive presentations, product marketing, email campaigns, and internal communications
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Creative to maintain and evolve brand standards across all channels
- Support social media content creation and execution, including platform-native creative formats and campaign coordination
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, compliance, customer success, and executive leadership teams
- Assist in developing visually compelling campaigns that support customer acquisition, retention, recruiting, and thought leadership efforts
- Create creative assets optimized for performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Google, etc.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creative, advertising campaigns, presentation design, and digital marketing assets
- Experience working with modern design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and platform-specific creative best practices
- Ability to take creative direction while also bringing proactive ideas and concepts to the table
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
