Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes for web and mobile applications, from discovery to product rollout
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure design solutions are aligned with business objectives
- Conduct and synthesize user research to make informed design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that deliver seamless user experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related
- 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A strong portfolio demonstrating the design of B2B or Enterprise products
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma and FigJam, Miro, or similar
