Senior Product Designer, Member Growth

Design high-quality, intuitive product experiences for the core member platform to drive business outcomes like conversion and retention. Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science to translate user problems into polished, production-ready solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design elegant, intuitive, and high-quality product experiences across our core member platform
- Bring a strong visual point of view to improve the overall look, feel, and usability of our products
- Work with your pod to identify and understand user problems and translate them into clear, compelling solutions
- Rapidly deliver polished, production-ready designs that balance craft with speed
- Partner with cross-functional teammates to validate what to build and ensure solutions drive measurable impact
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing digital products
- A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual design skills, attention to detail, and a refined design sensibility
- Proven ability to improve the quality and coherence of product experiences through strong craft and execution
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering to bring ideas to life quickly and effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
- Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality—comfortable operating in an iterative, product-driven environment
