Design high-quality, intuitive product experiences for the core member platform to improve conversion, engagement, and retention. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and Data Science to translate user problems into polished, production-ready solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design elegant, intuitive, and high-quality product experiences
- Bring a strong visual point of view to improve the overall look, feel, and usability of products
- Work with cross-functional teammates to validate what to build and ensure solutions drive measurable impact
- Continuously refine and elevate the design quality of shipped experiences
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing digital products
- Strong track record of shipping high-quality user experiences
- Proven ability to improve the quality and coherence of product experiences
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering
