Digital IC Design Engineering Intern

The intern will architect, design, and implement analog, digital, and RF integrated circuits while partnering with business and system engineering teams. Responsibilities include performing architecture trade-off analysis, creating design documentation, and characterizing prototypes for product release.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams and system engineering to develop mutually agreeable design specifications
- Provide high-level analysis on chip architecture trade-offs
- Participate in design reviews and create necessary design and product documentation
- Partner on IC layouts to ensure a high-performance standard
- Characterize prototypes, develop test specifications, and coordinate with test/product engineering
Requirements
- Experience in digital IC design
- Ability to define, design, model, implement, and document analog, digital, and RF integrated circuits
- Strong understanding of chip architecture trade-offs
- Experience with design reviews and creating design and product documentation
