Senior UX Designer

Lead the end-to-end UX design of candidate-focused career websites from discovery to launch. Collaborate with creative directors and developers to build scalable, component-based design systems in Figma that align with employer brand directions.
Responsibilities
- Execute the design of Career Websites from discovery through launch
- Translate employer brand direction into intuitive, candidate-focused career website experiences
- Create sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Support implementation within career website platforms
- Design within CMS and platform constraints while maintaining a high standard of visual quality and UX
- Participate in discovery sessions and contribute UX thinking to site structure and user experience approach
- Apply heuristic evaluation and accessibility reviews to strengthen the quality of delivered experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in web, UX, or digital design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive, system-based web design
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Experience designing responsive layouts and scalable systems
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and responsive design best practices
