Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing consumer, B2B, or SaaS products
- T-shaped designer with deep strengths in concepting, visual design, and prototyping
- Ability to drive high-quality outcomes in a collaborative, cross-functional team
- Strong understanding of systems thinking, not just screens
- Creative problem-solver, excited by ambiguity and energized by complex design challenges
- Strong communicator and natural storyteller, able to align stakeholders, build empathy, and drive design-led decisions
