The role involves delivering user-focused, accessible digital products and driving design sprints within an agile environment. Additionally, the designer will mentor junior team members and influence stakeholders to improve interface structural design.
Responsibilities
- Design user-focused, insight-driven, and accessible digital products
- Facilitate and drive workshops and design sprints
- Work with and influence stakeholders
- Mentor and train junior members of the team
- Give constructive feedback on process improvements
- Contribute to the structural design of an interface
Requirements
- Solid experience in a User Experience Design role
- Proven understanding and application of fundamental principles of UI Design
- Experience facilitating and driving workshops and design sprints within an agile software development environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and give constructive feedback on process improvements
- Experience mentoring and training junior members of the team
- Ability to work with and influence stakeholders
- Experience in Service Design would be an advantage
