Responsibilities
- Strengthen user experience through visual solutions aligned with user needs and cognitive abilities
- Ensure usability and visual consistency across digital products
- Design final UI views and assets for web and mobile applications
- Research, develop, and execute design solutions for portals, e-commerce platforms, and mobile applications
- Create and present wireframes, interaction concepts, prototypes, and final UI designs
- Conduct and participate in user research activities and usability testing
- Translate customer insights into design concepts and product improvements
- Analyze research and usability testing outcomes and recommend optimal solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and developers
- Work with and expand existing Design Systems
- Monitor UX/UI trends, technologies, and industry best practices
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI Design
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design experience
- Strong understanding of UX processes, interaction design, and user research methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Figma
- Experience working with Design Systems
- Ability to transform customer insights into practical design solutions
- Ability to deliver high-quality visual assets and polished UI designs
- Degree in Social Sciences, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or similar field
