Hiring || Senior UX Designer - Mumbai

Lead the design of large-scale web and mobile banking applications while building and scaling a bank-wide Design System. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex regulatory and business requirements into user-centered digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for large-scale web and mobile banking platforms
• Translate business objectives, operational workflows, and regulatory requirements into actionable, user-focused design solutions
• Build, own, and scale a bank-wide Design System to ensure consistency, reusability, and efficiency across teams
• Maintain UX coherence and quality across all digital products and teams
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Business, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Compliance
• Lead usability testing, conduct UX reviews, and manage design sign-offs to ensure high-quality delivery

Requirements

• 3-7 years of proven UX/Product Design experience, with a focus on enterprise or BFSI applications
• Demonstrated experience in creating and governing scalable Design Systems
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and comprehensive UX documentation
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and usability best practices
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks and design-to-code workflows
• Experience with HRMS systems is a plus
• Self-starter with high ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor others
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
