Digital Graphic Designer – Video and Motion Graphics Focus

Create high-quality video, motion graphics, and animated assets for various digital channels including social media and web. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop storyboards and visual treatments that align with brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality video, motion graphics, and animated assets for digital channels including social media, web, email, and digital advertising
- Develop storyboards, animation concepts, and visual treatments aligned with brand standards and marketing strategy
- Design and adapt digital assets such as social graphics, presentations, digital signage, and email visuals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, MarCom, Marketing, and other teams to deliver clear visual storytelling
- Manage multiple projects to deadlines, maintaining organised files and optimising assets for different digital platforms, including accessibility standards
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Motion Graphics, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in digital design with a strong focus on motion graphics and video
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative tools, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Advanced English proficiency to work effectively in a global environment
- Strong visual storytelling skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and incorporate feedback collaboratively
