Senior Product Designer

Own the end-to-end design process for Qawafel's digital fintech products across web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex B2B financial workflows into intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own product design across key Qawafel digital products
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to turn business requirements into simple user experiences
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and product discovery when needed
- Build and maintain design systems, components, and product patterns
- Use AI design and prototyping tools to speed up design exploration and iteration
- Translate complex B2B and fintech workflows into clear, usable interfaces
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure design quality during implementation
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in product design, UX/UI design, or digital product design
- Strong portfolio showing real product work, ideally in fintech, B2B SaaS, financial services, or complex workflow products
- Strong skills in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
- Proficiency with AI-assisted design tools such as Claude, v0, Lovable, Framer AI, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of user experience, interaction design, visual design, and product thinking
- Ability to design for complex dashboards, workflows, forms, approvals, and financial operations
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly
