Product Designer (Medior)

The role involves designing intuitive user experiences and maintaining design systems to align with business goals and user needs. It requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs based on data, technical feasibility, and user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Define and design intuitive user experiences that align with product and business goals
- Conduct user research and market analysis to gather insights and translate them into actionable designs
- Develop and maintain design components and contribute to long-term design systems
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and team members to iterate on designs based on feedback, user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives
- Mentor less experienced designers while continuously learning from senior colleagues
- Optimise designs for engagement, usability, and profitability through data and analytics
- Use Figma to create and refine user interfaces and interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or related fields
- Proven ability to apply design principles effectively across complex projects
- Experience conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and incorporating them into designs
- Familiarity with user analytics tools and a basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps
- Fluent in English, with strong business communication skills
