The role involves validating product hypotheses through design solutions and conducting full-cycle UX processes from hypothesis to post-release iterations. Key tasks include adapting interfaces for iOS, Android, and Web, conducting UX research, and maintaining the design system.
Responsibilities
- Validate product hypotheses through design decisions
- Adapt interfaces for iOS, Android, and web platforms
- Conduct UX research: usability testing, user interviews, surveys, etc.
- Initiate and propose new product hypotheses
- Support product development at all stages
- Maintain and improve the design system
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design
- Experience in adapting interfaces for iOS, Android, and web platforms
- Proficiency in Figma for creating interactive prototypes and design systems
- Experience in conducting A/B testing and analyzing results
- Experience in conducting UX research or collaborating with UX researchers
- Basic understanding of analytics: ability to evaluate design success by key metrics
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers, marketers, product managers)
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
