UI-UX Researcher (m-f-d)

Lead UX and product discovery for the FSC Trace platform to translate complex Chain of Custody requirements into intuitive digital workflows. Develop UX patterns and artifacts that support transparency, auditability, and scalability across digital assurance tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX and product discovery across FSC Trace and adjacent platforms
- Analyze business needs and translate FSC Chain of Custody standards into intuitive digital workflows
- Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and UI/UX artefacts
- Partner with Product, Technology, Data, and Business teams across FSC units
- Design UX patterns that support transparency, auditability, and trust
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in UX, product design, or related areas
- Strong experience in business analysis and stakeholder facilitation
- Proven track record designing complex, data-driven or compliance-oriented platforms
- Experience working across multidisciplinary teams
- Comfort working with data services, data models, and technical constraints
