Lead the end-to-end design process for AI-driven products, focusing on conversational interfaces and user-centered solutions. Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve the design system and ensure technical feasibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End Design Process: Own the complete design lifecycle for various products, from initial research and ideation through to high-fidelity visuals and final implementation
- Create User-Centered Solutions: Translate complex user and business challenges into simple, elegant, and functional design solutions that align with user needs and strategic goals
- Design Artifacts Creation: Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that clearly communicate design concepts and ensure an intuitive user experience
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems
- Ability to incorporate user research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights into design decisions
- Strong communication skills and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of user interface and user experience principles, with the ability to balance aesthetics and functionality
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver on time in a fast-paced environment
