Senior Product Designer

Own the end-to-end design experience for the Marketplace product, focusing on search, results, and enquiry flows. Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to shape problem definitions and contribute scalable patterns to the design system.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design quality of Marketplace — search, results, listings, comparison, and enquiry flows
• Partner with your PM from problem inception; shape briefs, challenge assumptions, and bring evidence to product decisions
• Work across a high-stakes domain where accessibility, trust signals, information hierarchy, and emotional context are all live design problems
• Contribute to the design system with patterns and components that scale beyond your own work stream

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of product design experience, ideally across marketplace, platform, or strong B2C products
• Genuinely excited about using AI to move faster — in prototyping, in iteration, in getting ideas in front of people sooner — without letting it flatten your craft or replace your thinking
• Confident product thinker who engages with problems before reaching for solutions, and works with your PM rather than downstream of them
• Present design decisions with clarity and rationale — what you considered, what you ruled out, and why
• Portfolio that shows both craft rigour and systemic thinking — visual language work alongside complex UX problem-solving
