Support the design of human-centered digital health experiences by creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement accessible designs and synthesize user research into actionable artifacts.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and conducting user research
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to explore and communicate design solutions
- Support synthesis of research findings into structured artifacts such as journey maps, affinity diagrams, and personas
- Contribute to the production and maintenance of UI specifications, design documentation, and developer handoff assets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Communication Design, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field
- A portfolio demonstrating foundational design thinking, process documentation, and at least one end-to-end case study
- 1-2 years of professional UX design experience, including internships, co-op programs, academic projects, or freelance work
- Hands-on experience with at least one major design or prototyping tool (Figma preferred)
