Senior Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end design of AI-powered features for a core B2B SaaS product, from discovery to shipment. Conduct user research and facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on product solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for AI-powered features
- Plan and run user research
- Facilitate workshops with PMs, engineers and stakeholders to align on the right problem
- Assess and build on existing patterns
- Present design decisions to senior stakeholders
- Work closely with a second senior designer on this product
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX design experience in B2B SaaS or complex digital products
- Strong research foundation
- Advanced Figma skills
- Strong design judgement
- Critical thinking grounded in evidence
- Experience designing for AI features or AI-assisted workflows
