Create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for B2B and B2C SaaS products and mobile applications. Lead the end-to-end design process including user research, workshop facilitation, and the maintenance of scalable design systems.
Responsibilities
- Creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for both B2C & B2B SaaS products as well as mobile applications
- Producing design artifacts such as screen maps, personas, customer journey maps, wireframes
- Visualizing solutions with clean & clear appealing UI designs
- Communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Taking part in pre-sales and optimizing processes
- Mentoring and inspiring junior consultants
Requirements
- Solid set of skills and hands-on experience in UI/UX, with deep understanding of methodologies and processes
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in using Figma design software
- Strong understanding and experience with design systems
- Ability to interpret wireframes and transform them into high-fidelity screens
- Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Experience with Product discovery
- Desirable: Experience in domains: BFSI, Crypto, Retail, iGaming
- Desirable: Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
