The role involves conducting user research and usability tests to create wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive user interfaces. You will collaborate with product management and development to maintain the design system and ensure a consistent user experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including user interviews and usability tests
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate and validate solution ideas
- Collaborate with product owners to develop feasible, user-centered solutions
- Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional user interfaces
- Maintain and develop the design system and style guide in close coordination with development
- Present design concepts to internal stakeholders
- Iteratively work with product management and software development for a consistent user experience
Requirements
- First experience in UI/UX design
- Fluent in German
- At least 25 hours per week
- Safe handling of Figma, Adobe XD or similar tools
- Deep understanding of user-centered design and usability principles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
