Senior UX Designer

Lead the design and execution of multi-channel communication experiences, ensuring high standards of clarity, accessibility, and consistency. Develop high-fidelity prototypes and scalable visual frameworks based on customer experience data and system logic.

Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives focused on communication across multiple channels
• Be responsible for the complete design of complex product areas, delivering high-fidelity interface prototypes
• Translate customer experience findings and system logic into communication patterns and visual frameworks that ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility across all interaction points
• Conduct advanced usability testing and mixed research, driving data-based improvements
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and writers to influence strategy, evolve design standards, and ensure implementation viability

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design
• Advanced mastery of Figma, including screen-adapted designs, high-fidelity components, prototypes, and contributions to design systems
• Solid competencies in interaction design, usability heuristics, information architecture, and complex flow and journey analysis
• Experience leading end-to-end design of multi-step workflows or multi-platform products, with a solid understanding of WCAG 2.1+ accessibility standards
• Fluent written and spoken English
