Senior Associate-Product Designer Digital Lounge Services

Design intuitive digital experiences for consumer, agent-facing, and internal products within the Global Lounge Collection. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver user-centered artifacts and maintain the scalable design system.
Responsibilities
- Create user-centered experiences by delivering artifacts such as user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity specifications across web, mobile (iOS & Android), and iPadOS
- Support and help lead user research efforts, synthesizing insights into actionable design recommendations
- Design for a range of products including consumer experiences, agent-facing iPad app, and internal analytics dashboards and operational tools
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Design Leads to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver high-quality experiences within technical and business constraints
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in UX / Product Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
- Demonstrated ability to balance creative thinking with technical and business constraints
