Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects
- Participate in project planning and scheduling
- Provide technical leadership and direction to a global team of engineers

- Review and interpret customer specifications
- Analyze trade-offs in complex systems and recommend solutions
Requirements
- 11-14 years of experience in design engineering
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Global expertise with comprehensive knowledge and industry recognition
- Technical leadership and direction experience
