- Lead UI design from concept to implementation for client projects
- Collaborate with CX Strategists, UX Designers, and Developers to translate complex business objectives into compelling interfaces
- Champion user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries
- Present and defend design rationale to stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated UI/UX design experience
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design
- Deep understanding of UX principles
- Experience designing for diverse audiences
- Expert proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools
- Proven ability to collaborate with development teams
