UX Designer

The UX Designer will create impactful digital experiences by conducting UX audits, user research, and designing user flows and wireframes. They will collaborate with creative, tech, and data teams to align digital solutions with business goals and brand platforms.
Responsibilities
- Understand business and marketing challenges for each client
- Participate in pitch responses (UX recommendations)
- Conduct UX audits and benchmarks (sites, apps, omni-channel journeys)
- Conduct user research adapted to client constraints
- Design and optimize user flows, information architectures, and wireframes
- Collaborate closely with creative, tech, data, and project teams
Requirements
- Formation in UX/UI, digital design, or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in an agency or multi-client environment
- Excellent mastery of prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Solid digital culture (websites, e-commerce, interactive campaigns, activations)
- Knowledge of omni-channel journeys and marketing issues
