Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for complex web projects, including brand sites and high-impact landing pages. Create and maintain design systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end UX/UI for complex web projects, such as brand sites, vehicle configuration platforms, and high-impact landing pages
- Translate business objectives and user needs into intuitive navigation flows, detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital platforms
- Collaborate closely with strategists, developers, copywriters, and project managers to bring cohesive and world-class digital solutions to life
- Present design decisions in a convincing manner to internal teams and stakeholders, based on UX principles, data, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field
- More than 5 years of experience
- Excellent knowledge of Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of front-end (HTML, CSS)
- Advanced English level
