Senior UX Designer

Lead and craft UX project deliverables across all design phases, from running requirements workshops to creating wireframes and prototypes. Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to ensure customer needs and business requirements are met in the final user experience.
Responsibilities
- Designing and running product definition and UX requirements workshops
- Scoping and managing qualitative and quantitative research
- Analysing research data to identify meaningful insights and behavioural patterns
- Using design thinking techniques to identify opportunity areas
- Creating design artefacts such as personas, journey maps, and wireframes
- Communicating and defending design approach to stakeholders
Requirements
- Significant proven experience, ideally at an agency
- Compelling portfolio that demonstrates high quality, best-in-class UX design
- Breadth of experience in e-commerce or complex journeys
- Experience owning the full UX process
- Solid information, interaction, and experience design skills
- Ability to understand technical constraints, user goals, and business requirements
- Excellent client communication skills
