Senior UX/UI (Product) Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead the end-to-end creation of digital experiences, bridging the gap between UX strategy and high-fidelity UI execution. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver impactful solutions for a diverse range of global clients.

Responsibilities

• Crafting exceptional digital experiences that drive engagement and conversion
• Problem solving with user-centricity at the core
• Working collaboratively within a cross-functional team
• Defining user journeys and interaction models
• Refining visual design, micro-interactions, and component behaviour
• Shaping digital products and services end-to-end
• Leading design thinking across complex and sometimes ambiguous problem spaces

Requirements

• Proven ability to work autonomously and lead design within complex, fast-paced environments
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to challenge, influence, and align senior stakeholders across disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to frame problems, define opportunities, and shape product direction
• Proven ability to operate as a true end-to-end product designer
• Comfortable operating within BAU and retained delivery models
• Strong experience working with complex, tokenised design systems
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and behaviour logic
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Ability to produce high-quality supporting design artefacts
• Expertise in translating user research and data into actionable insights
