Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end product design process from discovery and research to high-fidelity prototyping and delivery. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to translate complex customer pain points into simple, scalable SaaS solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery: drive research activities, synthesise insights, and turn vague problems into clear roadmaps
- End-to-end delivery: from messy early-stage wireframes to polished, high-fidelity prototypes
- Elevate the craft: apply strong interaction and visual design standards, ensuring accessibility and usability are engineered into every pixel
- Collaborate & align: partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations, facilitate workshops, and use storytelling to get everyone moving toward the finishing line
- Leverage modern tools: use AI tools to rapidly explore concepts, generate variations, and accelerate the discovery process
Requirements
- Proven experience designing SaaS products in agile environments
- Portfolio that shows how you think, validate, and drive outcomes
- Thrives in undefined spaces and enjoys bringing clarity to chaos
- Understands the limitations and ethical considerations of AI
- Holds a high bar for quality and isn't afraid to question assumptions
