Own the UI/UX of the incident response platform, transforming complex data-heavy workflows into intuitive user experiences. Collaborate with product managers and developers to build reusable system components and validate designs using AI tools and user evidence.
Responsibilities
- Design and own the UI/UX of the incident response platform
- Create features that create an intuitive and clear experience for security operators, bringing uncompromising attention to craft and highly detailed, pixel-level quality to the designs
- Improve and streamline complex, data-heavy user flows
Requirements
- Strong product design experience with a portfolio that showcases comprehensive design work
- Deep proficiency in Figma with a strong focus on complex SaaS product designs
- A proven ability to streamline complex user flows, designing for efficiency and intuitiveness in data-heavy environments
- A strong enthusiasm for AI tools in design - curious and experimental with them, eager to learn, and comfortable using tools for rapid prototyping
