Graphic Designer Intern

Assist senior designers in creating visual assets for campaigns across social media, web, and print platforms. Support the creative process through research, brainstorming, and maintaining organized design assets.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers and art directors in creating visual assets for campaigns and projects
- Support the team in preparing design files for production and client presentations
- Conduct research on design trends, competitor analysis, and visual references to inform creative concepts
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to creative briefs
- Help maintain and organize design assets and project files
- Learn and apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency across design outputs
- Provide general support to the creative department as needed
- Gain exposure to the full creative process from concept to execution
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Mandatory internship requirement for academic program
- Malaysian citizen or legal right to work in Malaysia without visa sponsorship
- Foundational understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Portfolio (academic or personal projects) demonstrating design potential and creative thinking
- Proficiency in modern design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Familiarity with Figma or other UI/UX design tools is a plus
- Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback
